Condition: Excellent Condition. There is a spot on the ottoman, about the size of a quarter. Otherwise, it is like new.

Description: This was a custom built sectional and ottoman set. You can see the full description on the product page linked above. I don’t have a product page for the ottoman, as it appears to no longer be offered, but I put an estimated price range new. It is not a storage ottoman.
